We are Annexe company of Morocco Tours 4x4.

Today we explore Merzouga desert. We visit the Gnawa persons, originally from Mali, Senegal and Sudan. In their village Khamlia , we will learn about their music and their lifestyle . We explore city of Rissani which is surrounded by about 360 ksar and has a big souk, held three times a week. In  the afternoon we ride camels, guided by an experienced camel-guide to explore Erg Chebbi desert. Dinner will be served in the desert tent where we will spend the night.

Sahara Desert Journeys in Morocco offers affordable private tour packages and Morocco holiday tours that do not compromise on quality service, reliable transport or comfortable hotel /riad/ camp accommodation.  We do not provide ‘budget or cheap’ tours but we can provide affordable tours for individuals, couples and small or large groups. We have designed our Morocco tours for the mid-level budget traveller but can modify some options for those with a limited budget or for those seeking a more luxurious Morocco experience and TOURS IN MOROCCO.

Let us know what you are looking for and we will be happy to design a tour that best fits your budget and travel style. Your private Morocco holiday includes travel in an air-conditioned four wheel drive, the services of an English speaking local driver, accommodation  and breakfasts and most of dinners.  Lunches, drinks and other extras such as entrance fees or tips are not included in our offer.

4. We usually provide mid-range accommodation in 3 and 4 star riads and/or hotels, however luxury or budget hotels can also be arranged.

COST OF THE MOROCCO SAHARA TOURS WILL VARY BASED ON:

1. Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 25 % deposit.  At your request, we will send an invoice with payment details.
2. Deposits can be paid via direct bank transfer , western union or paypal..  Receipts will be issued on receipt of the deposit. The balance can be paid in cash (Euro or Dollars or Moroccan Dirham) to the driver on commencement of the tour.
3. You can pay the balance by credit card or direct bank transfer but this will incur a 4% fee.   
4. Please refer to information about tipping when considering the total cost of your tour.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSIT FOR MOROCCO SAHARA TOURS :

Our camel guide will wake you up to watch desert sunrise in Sahara desert. We ride camels back to the village and after breakfast we’ll leave for Rissani, Tinghir and Todgha gorges. You may enjoy a short hike in the highest, narrowest gorges in Morocco. Then we’ll drive through the Dades Valley to visit the rock formations known as “monkey toes”. We spend a night in traditional guesthouse overlooking the Dades Valley.

DAY 3 :

MERZOUGA DESERT – TODGHA GORGES – DADES VALLEY:

Tour from Fes continues after breakfast , and we explore Kalaa M’gouna in the route of  thousand kasbahs. We will have the opportunity to visit a Nomad family in the mountain living in caves. We visit Skoura and local “Kasbah Ameridil”. It is a well-preserved Kasbah. We visit city of Ouarzazate , which has attracted many world class movie producers.  We may visit the studios, used in movies such as The Mummy, Gladiator and the Last temptation of Christ. We spend the night in a riad with dinner and breakfast.

DAY 4 :

DADES VALLEY – BOUTAGHRAR – SKOURA – OUARZAZATE:

Our 5-day Fes guided and desert tour to Sahara in Merzouga desert and Marrakech starts in the morning ,and private driver pick you up from your Fes city hotel. We drive towards Ziz valley. We  explore Ifrane -a beautiful mountain village, named the Switzerland of Morocco.  We explore cedar forest on the middle Atlas Mountains. We will experience glimpses of the Middle Atlas and Higher Atlas mountains. We explore Azrou, a Berber village in the middle of the famous cedar forest. After lunch in Midelt we pass spectacular Ziz Gorge, we explore Erfoud and Rissani.  We arrive to Merzouga desert in the afternoon and we stay in Merzouga hotel / riad with dinner and breakfast.

The last day of our desert tour we ’ll head to Marrakech. We visit the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, which is the largest Kasbah in Morocco, an Unesco’s world heritage site. We cross the Tizi n’ Tichka mountain pass (2260 m) over the High Atlas Mountains. Once we arrive to Marrakech we drop you at your hotel.
